We experienced 3 hours down time yesterday night because of web server error. Now we have put in place some precaution that will kick in and correct the server if that ever happen again. Hopefully this will decrease our down time to a few seconds if it ever happen.
We also plan 1 domain in our new server instead of in our front end server. So if our front end server down for whatever reason, we still have a working domain for our users to use.
